Our sessions are fairly relaxed and we try to have no more than four to five on a trampoline at any session.
Make sure you bring a clean pair of socks and a bottle of water to all your training sessions!
Sessions run throughout the year, excluding bank holidays. We also have a 2 week break in Winter (December-January) and Summer (July-August). These breaks are already built into monthly session fees.
