Due to COVID-19 we are running online range and conditioning sessions whilst we are unable to train at our venues. If you are interested in getting involved, then please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
For our existing club members, we recommend attending the session on the same day as you usually train. If you’d rather attend on a different day, just email us and we’ll add you to the class!
Please make sure you’re dressed in sports clothing, with a bottle of water and a non-slip mat. All classes take place over zoom and you do need to have your video on. Links are emailed out 30minutes before the session starts.
