Due to COVID-19 we are running additional online range and conditioning sessions whilst we are unable to train at our venues.
For our existing club members, we recommend attending the session on the same day as you usually train. If you’d rather attend on a different day, just email us and we’ll add you to the class!
Please make sure you’re dressed in sports clothing, with a bottle of water and a non-slip mat. All classes take place over zoom and you do need to have your video on. Links are emailed out 30minutes before the session starts.
